How much will my order cost?
We will soon have an online quote order system available. Until then, please email , call (530) 756-3600, or fax the details to (530) 758-4898. Since many factors influence the final price Û such as type and quantity of products, colors and complexity of artwork, and number of prints, we will offer you an individual price quote based on your personal needs.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We have a minimum of 6 garments per design for screenprinting or embroidery. We can fill a demand for less by using computer generated heat transfers.

What is your re-order policy?
Reorders are strongly encouraged by waiving set up fees for all reorders except for screenprinting less than 24 garments.

When and how do I pay for my order?
We accept an initial deposit of 50%; balance is due upon the receipt of the finished pieces unless other arrangements are made prior to job initiation.

How long will it take to complete my order? Is rush service available?
Typical turn around is 14 days. We routinely complete orders in less time when our schedule allows.

Do you offer delivery? If so, is there a charge?
We deliver any order over 48 garments free of charge. If it must be shipped we will cover regular UPS ground charges.

Is there an art charge?
Typically, we include 30 minutes design time, free of charge. Our regular design rate is $50 per hour.

How do I submit my artwork?
We pride ourselves in being able to accept art in any form. Anthing from an idea to a completed graphics file. Ideal formats are Adobe Illustrator (eps, with text outlined) for typical ÓgraphicÓ images and Adobe Photoshop (psd, with a resolution of 300ppi at approximately actual size being printed on the shirts) for photographic or gradient images.
